If you would like to apply for Trade Space, Open Space, Tented Shedding, Chinese Hats & The Shopping Pavilion, Please complete the Expression of Interest Form, below and return it by post to: Newbury and District Agricultural Society, Newbury Showground, Priors Court, Hermitage, Thatcham, Berkshire RG18 9QZ or by email to: office@newburyshowground.co.uk.  Please include a web address and photos of your products and stand. All new applications will be contacted to let them know if they have been successful.

Elegant Wedding Marquee

If you are a local wedding-related business why not try our new marquee? From car hire to wedding dresses and cakes, you can promote yourself to our 60,000 visitors. We have both outdoor and indoor plots available.  Please contact us for further details

Craft Tent.

Pricing

Prices for 2009 have not yet been set. Please see below for the 2008 prices, which will give you an approximate indication of future prices.

Prices below are quoted exclusive of VAT.  Please apply to the Show office for details of pricing on furniture and services.

An early booking discount of 5% will apply to all trade space booked and paid for before the 31st March 2008.  Late booking discounts are not given under any circumstances.

Open Space:
You will be allocated a plot on the Showground.  The price includes the frontage you have asked for plus half a metre to allow for guy ropes and footplates. You are responsible for providing your own cover.

Tented Shedding:
You will be allocated a tented bay in a row of similar units, which open directly onto an outdoor avenue.  The bays may be closed at night using the canvas front sheet provided.

6m x 6m: £630
3m x 3.66m: £360

Chinese Hats :
You will be allocated a tented bay in a row of similar units, which open directly onto an outdoor avenue.  The bays may be closed at night using the canvas front sheet provided.

5m x 5m: £683
3m x 3m: £420

Shopping Arcade:
You will be allocated a bay within a large marquee.  The price will include one domestic electricity socket, general lighting and night time security.
