28th, 29th June - The Newbury Summer Show
Newbury Showground, Junction 13 M4
The 'friendly local show' that brings together local groups and societies in the Hobbies and Crafts marquee, Small Animals, Poultry, and Horticulture marquees, the largest exhibition or orchids in Europe, vintage machinery, trade stands and a packed programme of children's events, including Teddy Bears Tea Party and a Fun Run, plus a programme of demonstrations in the Country Display Arena.

20th, 21st September -The Royal County of Berkshire Show
Newbury Showground, Junction 13 M4
One of the country's top ten agricultural Shows - with something to appeal to every age and interest. Thrilling displays in the Vodafone Arena, Grand Parade of Livestock, hundreds of horses from miniature ponies to heavy shires, Poultry, Craft and Horticulture marquees, delicious food, trade stands, funfair, music……….a day out for all the family.

18th October - Ploughing Match
Aldworth, Near Newbury, Berkshire
From horse-drawn power to the latest huge mechanical giants, the Society's Ploughing match is a chance to watch some of the country's most talented ploughmen and women at work.
