Tradestand Information

We would like to extend a big thank you to all those exhibitors who supported us in 2012 and we look forward to welcoming you all to our 2013 Show.

The Show hosts a range of exhibitors and offers a unique opportunity to show and sell a variety of goods to our 65,000 visitors. Key areas of the event include large exhibits of agricultural machinery and other rural related stands, motor dealers, a horticultural area, equine area, countryside area and of course the ever popular general shopping avenues. We will work with you to locate your stand in the most suitable area to ensure that you get the most from your attendance at the Show.

Stand Types and Prices.

We offer a variety of stand types, whether you have your own marquee or trailer unit, or would prefer to be inside one of our marquees or the Shopping Pavilion. We can also refer you to recommended contractors who can provide additional services if required.

Existing Exhibitors.

Existing exhibitors are invited each January and must reply before the 31st March to request their current stand location or a site move. Please contact the Show Office for an application form if you have not yet received one.

New Exhibitors.

In order to maintain a high standard and due to popular demand for space we implement a selection process for new exhibitors. To be considered please send us a completed Expression of Interest Form along with photographs of your stand and products and as much information as you can.  Email to: office@newburyshowground.co.uk or post to: Newbury Showground, Priors Court Road, Hermitage, Thatcham, Berkshire RG18 9QZ. Four Wheel Drive Track.

A natural grass track is available to hire for vehicle demonstrations during the Show. Please contact us for further information.

Craft Tent.

The Craft tent is for exhibitors who hand make their own products themselves and demonstration is strongly encouraged. Food Fayre.
